Do so much more with APIs
Zenoti gives you access to all your Zenoti data to customize and build features on top of what Zenoti offers. APIs give you access to all your data when you want it, enabling you to create a functionality that is not yet part of the core product experience. This is a win-win situation. While we at Zenoti focus on the core product features, you have the freedom to build custom features.
Below are some samples of what you can build using the Zenoti APIs.
1. Appointments
Sample scenarios:
- You can build a customized booking workflow specific to your business needs, than what Zenoti currently offers.
- You can import bookings from external sources, other than Webstore and the customer mobile application.
- You can create appointments from a marketing campaign.
- You can include more fields in your appointments form than what is currently available in Zenoti.
For more information, see Appointment APIs
2. Employee
You may have a different application (testing) for your employee tracking and schedule management. If you want to integrate your application for employee scheduling with Zenoti for custom workflows, this is possible through APIs.
Sample scenarios:
- You can import custom employee block out from external applications into Zenoti for a seamless experience.
- You can include the holiday and leave calendar of employees from your external application and integrate it with Zenoti.
- You can terminate employees or manage employee movement within your organization.
For more information, refer to Employees API.
3. Guest engagement
Many businesses manage and target guests differently. You may have a different application to convert leads to guests.
Sample scenarios:
- You can track leads and guests from an external application into Zenoti.
- You can build custom workflow for loyalty points tracking.
- You can build a custom guest profile.
For more information, refer to Guests API.
